New For This Year!

You spoke. We listened.

Thanks to the incredible feedback from last year’s runners and partner organizations, we’re stepping things up in a big way! We’re thrilled to announce our new partnership with Race Management Solutions, the local pro’s of all things racing.

What does that mean for you?

  • Increased course safety & coordination
  • Real-time digital tracking
  • A professional race concourse experience
  • Finish line photos to capture your moment of impact
  • And the smoothest race day we’ve ever had

We’re all about creating an experience that’s meaningful, memorable, and mission-driven, and we can’t wait for you to see what’s new!

The Route

The course winds through the city’s vibrant downtown, offering incredible views, big energy, and a meaningful connection to the community you’re supporting.

It all starts and ends at our very own Alfiero Family Center of Hope and Promise — Buffalo City Mission’s newest facility, where we serve hundreds of men, women, and children every single day. As you cross that finish line, you’re literally running toward hope.

Thank you for running with purpose and helping us rebuild lives.

We couldn’t do what we do without our incredible volunteers. From helping runners stay on course to making race day run smoothly, volunteers are the heartbeat of this event, and the Buffalo City Mission.

Whether you’re cheering at a corner, handing out water, or helping with setup, your time makes a real impact!
