A Message from Stuart Harper, Executive Director/CEO
As the COVID-19 pandemic continues to unfold and our city of good neighbors prepares to re-open, we are asking our community for support. Volunteerism is critical to the core mission of the Buffalo City Mission.
We need volunteers to help uplift our staff with certain volunteer opportunities: Please note: Face masks must be worn prior to entering any of our facilities. Sign up now below if you are healthy and do not have respiratory issues or other health issues. We want you to be safe as well, so if you are experiencing either of these issues, please refrain from volunteering today. Thank you!
With the evolving news on the coronavirus (COVID-19), the Buffalo City Mission continues to take proactive steps to ensure the health and safety of our clients, employees, volunteers and community partners. These measures include close alignment to the guidelines set by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), as well as local and state health officials. Our community is our top priority, and information is our most valuable asset.
Buffalo City Mission has established a landing page to provide updates related to its work and COVID-19, as they are available. To learn more, visit our COVID-19 page.
If you can help volunteer, join us in this fight in whatever way you can to help our most vulnerable neighbors.
Regular Volunteer platform for 100 E. Tupper Street is paused until further notice. For special COVID-19 volunteer placement, we will provide updates as they are confirmed.
