I hereby affirm and acknowledge that I have been fully informed of the inherent hazards and risks associated with participating in the Buffalo City Mission 5K Run. Despite understanding these and other risks, I assume the risk of participation. I also hereby hold harmless Buffalo City Mission, and indemnify it against any claims, actins, suits, costs, expenses, damages, and liabilities arising out of, connected with, or resulting from my participation in this event. I hereby release the Buffalo City Mission from all such liability, and I understand that this release shall be binding upon my estate, my heirs, and representatives and assigns.
