Volunteer Agreement

I have read and understand that becoming a BCM Church Ambassador is a volunteer position of Buffalo City Mission.  I support Buffalo City Mission’s Statement of Purpose as written above. I state that I will perform work duties for Buffalo City Mission without expectation that I will be paid any wages or salary or any other type of compensation for my time, serving as a volunteer and not an employee.  I also state that the information I have given is accurate.  As a volunteer I realize that I have no legal claims for minimum wages, overtime premium, unemployment compensation or other provisions of law for employees.  It is my desire to help Buffalo City Mission accomplish its God-given purpose.
